Some things can only
be .
This is the story of how a movement about interconnectedness found a builder who believed in it, and of everything the two teams have quietly made since.
From idea
Two teams. One shared belief in what the world could look like. Everything KanYini Earth is today grew from that starting point.
Most conflict between people, communities, and nations begins not with malice but with disconnection. When people lose the sense of belonging, the capacity for care diminishes. This sits beneath many crises we address after the fact.
was founded on the belief that changing the conditions for belonging changes the conditions for everything else. Bringing that vision to life required the full-stack venture-building capability GrowthJockey had built over years.
incubated KanYini Earth from the ground up: strategy, identity, technology, platforms, and community systems, building with the commitment of a team that believed in the mission.
A movement needs more than meaning.
A vision this large needs more than passion to take root. What KanYini Earth needed was a partner with the experience to match that clarity with execution. GrowthJockey has co-built ventures across sectors and know how to take an idea from strategy to scale. And, they brought that full depth of experience to KanYini Earth from the start.
We weren’t looking for a contractor. We needed a team willing to understand the question before deciding what to build for it. One that would treat the mission as the brief, and the brief as something worth taking seriously.
- A philosophy with global stakesThe belief that disconnection is the root of most human conflict, and that belonging can be built.
- A community still becoming itselfPeople who felt the mission before it had a name, looking for a place to belong to it.
- A question that couldn’t waitDecades of clinical practice pointing to the same gap: what people are missing isn’t information, it’s connection.
- Venture architectureThe strategic frameworks and execution rigour to take an idea from conviction to working organisation.
- Engineering and craftThe design, technology, and systems that give the movement a home people can trust.
- A long-term builderGrowthJockey has stayed with this mission from strategy to launch to everything that has grown since.

Dr. Jeev
I spent thirty years in medicine. Over time, I realised that much suffering wasn’t only medical. It was the pain of feeling unseen, not belonging, and feeling alone. I knew something needed to change, but I didn’t know how to turn that vision into action.
GrowthJockey built the foundations KanYini Earth needed to grow: the learning platform, community infrastructure, digital home, and content ecosystem, transforming a deeply held belief into an organisation people can find, enter, and grow with.

What grew

Ashutosh Kumar
Full-stack venture builder
We have built ventures across industries, but KanYini Earth showed us a different measure of success: human impact, and whether people feel more connected and part of something greater.
Mental wellbeing and human connection shape families, communities, and society. Bringing the same technical depth and venture rigour we apply to global enterprises to this mission felt important from the beginning.
We are not done. The work ahead is larger than what exists today, and we intend to be part of building it.
Ashutosh Kumar | Founder & CEO, GrowthJockey
Where does this go
This is not a project with an end date. Both teams are building for the long term, with a vision to create meaningful and lasting impact across Australia and beyond.
